Built to cut through rocky and abrasive ground conditions, the Little Beaver 9" x 42" Pengo-Style Snap-On Auger features replaceable cutting blades secured by a rubber lock for aggressive, heavy-duty performance. The extra length delivers a drilling depth of 36" for the most demanding applications.
Pengo Augers - A style of auger cutting head originally designed by the Pengo Corporation, using replaceable cutting blades with a rubber lock. It is a more aggressive and rugged design useful in rocky soils. These components do the actual cutting as the auger rotates, protecting the auger from excessive wear.
Please Note: Pengo Augers are designed for use with Earth Drills that have a gear reduction of 13:1 and 20:1.
