When deeper holes are required, add a snap-on extension. Available in both full flighted and tube versions, these extensions are equipped with a spring loaded snap button for fast, yet secure, connections. Available in a range of diameters from 3" through 14" and in lengths of 18" or 36", full flighted extensions are used with the corresponding size auger to quickly pull cutting soils to the surface, leaving a clean hole.
